About product delivery and shipping charges

If you purchase multiple items, your order will be delivered as soon as all items are available.
We do not accept partial deliveries due to customer convenience after an order has been confirmed.

About delivery methods and shipping fees

We offer three different shipping methods.

●Yu-Packet (220 yen nationwide)
Delivery will be via Japan Post's Yu-Packet service.

If you would like to have your package delivered to a post office, please enter the name and address of the post office you would like to have your package delivered to in the comments section.

  • *If the purchased item exceeds a certain size or weight, Yu-Packet cannot be used.
  • *If you use Yu-Packet, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds if the product is lost or damaged during delivery.
  • *There is no compensation for delivery accidents. If you think you need compensation, please choose Yu-Pack. (Yu-Pack compensation amount: 300,000 yen)

●Yu-Pack (from 700 yen)
Delivery will be via Japan Post's Yu-Pack service.
Depending on the area, the fastest delivery time is the next morning, so this option is recommended for those in a hurry.

*Compensation is available for accidents during delivery. In principle, compensation will be provided for actual losses up to 300,000 yen.

  • If you are unable to receive your item and it is returned to us after the retention period has expired, you will be charged the re-shipping fee.

*For deliveries to some regions and remote islands, we may contact you regarding additional shipping charges.
This method involves delivery to the address registered in your customer information.

● Pick up at store

You can pick up your item directly on the 3rd floor of GIRAFULL Namba store.
If payment is not received within one week, your order will be cancelled.


Delivery area/Notes

For some regions and remote islands, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Please note that for some products, due to their size, they may be shipped separately in two or more packages.
(Delivery dates may vary)

Notification at the time of shipment

We will contact you at the email address you registered.
You can also check the delivery status on each delivery company's website using the inquiry number provided in the email.

About distribution and delivery

We do not accept partial deliveries due to customer convenience after an order has been confirmed.
Please note that we cannot accept additional products, partial cancellations, or split deliveries.

If you do not receive your item

If we are unable to deliver the product due to your absence and we have not received any contact from you within 7 days from the date of our initial delivery visit, we will invalidate the sales contract and charge you the cost of delivery.
If you have already made a payment, we will cancel your credit card payment or refund the amount excluding fees (delivery fee and bank transfer fee) from the product price by registered mail.

Regarding delivery date and time

Please select when placing your order.
*Due to changes and adjustments to the specifications of this service, there may be times when the delivery date and time specification function is not available.
